I want to drop about 12 lbs of fat and gain some strength. I’m on Tdawg 2.0 right now I was thinking about doing two days a week of Meltdown training and want to also do 2 strength days I looked at this:http://www.T-Nation.com/readArticle.do?id=1499282
For the two heavy days in between the circuit work. I also thought about trying to somehow incorporate 10x3 but that might be too much volume what do you guys think? Would it be possible to train circuits two days a week and have two strength sessions and get stronger?
