Fat Loss and Stairs (in a Building)

Thanks for your free advice on the forums.

Gained a lot of muscle over last year but fat as well. Started doing cardio, mostly walking on incline treadmill.

I work in a 25 story building (25 levels of stairs). What would be the best kind of cardio I could do for fat loss with those stairs?

Go up and down several times?

No need to be complicated. You could so some stair sprints (2-3 steps at a time) for about 6-10 seconds per set followed by 60-90 seconds of rest. That would be one day. The other day would be climbing up (fast walking) for 60 seconds, then walking down for 30 seconds). In both cases shoot for about 8-12 intervals
