Concerning the recent article about the best ways to lose fat, one of CT's suggestions was about training energy systems on a separate day. Scheduling requirements forced me to stumble upon that, in that one day a week I'm basically squatting my ass off with CT's "star complexes" strategy and then going swimming. The next day always seems to be my thinnest of the week.
So is "energy systems" a new phrase for a gray area between lifting and cardio? Lifting as cardio?
