Fat Loss and Circulation?

I have a rather technical question. Thought I should ask the people who put this into practice in one way or another.

I’ve read that one reason belly fat is hard to get rid of is due to the poor circulation to that area. If that is correct, then how does the fat get there so efficiently in the first place?


It doesn’t if you eat and exercise effectively.
