Fat Loading

I read about this from a really great bodybuilder, John Meadows, and it is something Dr. Serrano advocates before a contest as well. I’m looking more into the science of it and would like to know if anyone has tried it or has more info on the concept. I personally don’t respond optimally to high fat intake. I was considering implementing high fat meals into my diet and supplementing with L-Carnitine (allowing fat to enter the mitochondria and be used for energy) as well as Lipase enzymes, anyone use these on a high fat diet/high fat meals and have success. My main problem is bloating from these foods.
