Hello everyone…a good friend directed me to this site.
I wanted to share my blog site that I created to help in my journey to go from being that “fat guy” in the group to be healthier and in overall better shape.
The site is 100% serious and I do my best to include all my workouts and meals but there are some fun things on there.
