Getting ready to start a fat fast. Would like to know if I can use half dose of 4-AD-EC to keep lbm?

I would say to use a full dose of 4-ad, because the fat fast diet is so extreme.

go full dose. Fat fast really shocks the body. Hope you are taking other supplements also like: MD-6, T2, creatine, fish oil. laters pk
