I’m on day 3 of the fat fast and so far so good. My question is, can I sub in 2 cans of tuna, along with 8 eggs a day to atleast get some solid foods or will this hold me back?
I am taking a Multi-vitamin, a thermagenic, and have ordered some T2. I could stick to protein shakes only if the progress would be better. Thanks for any opinions, I have searched the site for Fat Fast but was wondering if maybe some of you guys have tried it.
