I was wondering if anyone could chime in with pesoal experiences or theory as to which would be better in the way of fat loss. It seems as both require a lot of dietary discipline and some love from Mag10 to be truly effective. Thanks for all your input!
It requires lots of dietary discipline AND Mag-10. However, it’s highly effective, based on the results people have posted so far.
You would need to go with a much more moderate approach if you wanted to do it androgen-free. Although it would still require lots of dietary discipline.

I’m on Day 5 of the Cheater’s Diet. It’s too early to tell for sure, but so far so good. I don’t see how anyone could do it without Mag10, though.
