In the “The Diet Manifesto” it states “An updated version of the diet can be found in the third paper issue of T-mag”. I have searched the website to see if this information was repeated and it was not. So, what is the updated fat fast?
There’s only a small difference in the two. The new one just has more info, like how to calculate caloric needs and how to come off the diet without gaining all the weight back. Sorry, don’t have the mag handy right now. You should be a subscriber!
