Fat Fast questions

Okay i have a couple of questions that i was hoping that someone could answer =). I am 125 and 5’4, i need to shed 10 lbs of fat in record time ( for a uni program) and i have read rave reviews on the fat fast … right now i am on a standard keto diet so the transition in FF mode wouldnt be too hard …but a) if i am 125, then my resting cas are 1250, then multiply that my 0.5 would give me 625 cals, of which half are protein is: 78 grams and then half fats ie: 34 grams … which come to non keto ratio right? wouldnt this kick me out of ketosis?
b) secondly, would an ‘all protein day work too enhance fat loss’
