Fat Fast ? for Brock or others who have tried it.

Started Fat Fast today and was wondering what everyone uses for postworkout. Should I just have 2 scoops of grow or should i add some flax oil to it.

I agree with Shugart that some carbs are beneficial after training even while on a low carb diet. I’ve taken Surge when on an otherwise low carb diet and lost fat just fine. If you use low carb Grow I’d personally ditch the flax post-workout and maybe even add some carbs. Berardi has written about why this is helpful in the paper mag. You’ll feel better, that’s for sure.
