Hello,
So I was reading this article by Chris Shugart found here:

And I scrolled down to the fat fast diet and tried some links but they just showed blank screens. So does anyone have any information about the Fat Fast Diet or any links to it? Or maybe even John Berardi’s Appetite for Construction?

The “Fat Fast” became the “Velocity Diet” (yes, I know, there has been numerous improvements).

I only remember JB’s “Appetite for Construction” being articles in the print mag. I’ll assume it was an ongoing online column too, but can’t recall.

The V-Diet is a vast improvement of this diet by the way. Cool to learn some of the history though.
