I have been reading over some of the diet articles and liked the basis of the fat fast diet. If i did this i would augment it with a small bit of carbs both pre and postworkout. Also i would bump up the calories since i am a teenager and don’t use the kinds of sugguested androgens.
My main question is- how do i prevent fat gain after ending the diet? This was one of the main complaints i saw mentioned.
As of now i eat pretty well- lots of protein and carefully timing of fat and carbohydrates.
If people could respond as of what issues they had coming off the diet or of how to keep lean, i would appreciate it.
