...I just made myself a pair using some 4" ish steel bar, running a rope through it and tying weights on either end. super simple, and judging from the difficulty i'm having typing this, it'll be a great grip strength tool, as well as conditioning. just throwing that out there, if anyone wants to try it.

Nah, camera's broken. but they're just about 2'6" long with a rope through the pipe, plates tied on both ends.
