I am cutting now, and this is what i do.
5 minute jog before workout on 5.0 on treadmill. I do my workout doing mutation serieis right now, staying on part 1 for now. After the workout i do 15 minutes of HIIT. For those of you that don’t know what that is, I run on 4.0 (on the treadmill) for 1 minute, then i sprint for 15 seconds on 10.0. I do that until i have ran 2 miles, which is 15 minutes.
Now that is the workout i am doing to sculpt. I am dieting of course the best i can. if your interested in my dieting. This is what it is.
I eat oatmeal in the morning, 1 scoop. 2 hours later or around there i eat some hard boilied eggs, or non-fat cottage cheese with 1 scoop of Flax oil in it. i drink a protein shake after i work out. Then later in the day i eat whatever vegetables i can/protein i can get.
Now listen all, I am 1 of the most committed people to a plan if given 1 i can do. I am up for any suggetions on how to burn fat and sculpt faster. i am around 11% right now and want to get to 8% ASAP. Thanks for your time in reading this and responding, Thanks.
