Fat Burning/Sculpting

I am cutting now, and this is what i do.

5 minute jog before workout on 5.0 on treadmill. I do my workout doing mutation serieis right now, staying on part 1 for now. After the workout i do 15 minutes of HIIT. For those of you that don’t know what that is, I run on 4.0 (on the treadmill) for 1 minute, then i sprint for 15 seconds on 10.0. I do that until i have ran 2 miles, which is 15 minutes.

Now that is the workout i am doing to sculpt. I am dieting of course the best i can. if your interested in my dieting. This is what it is.

I eat oatmeal in the morning, 1 scoop. 2 hours later or around there i eat some hard boilied eggs, or non-fat cottage cheese with 1 scoop of Flax oil in it. i drink a protein shake after i work out. Then later in the day i eat whatever vegetables i can/protein i can get.

Now listen all, I am 1 of the most committed people to a plan if given 1 i can do. I am up for any suggetions on how to burn fat and sculpt faster. i am around 11% right now and want to get to 8% ASAP. Thanks for your time in reading this and responding, Thanks.

Well if it is that important I would look first at your diet.

You say you are deicated but are deiting as best as you can. Nail a solid diet and all else will fall into place.

I would alaso suggest seperating the HIIT and weights to get the most out of each.

You know, I think oatmeal in the morning with a scoop of protein in it is one of my favorite diet-phase (and anytime) dietary habits.

I think many people would lose fat just by doing this (with added berries in fact) twice daily.

Low glycemic index, filling, fiber-rich stuff, that keeps one away from the junk quite effectively. And it tastes good to most people, too.

This is my exact breakfast everyday, sometimes twice a day. It’s awesome!

2 scoops Grow!
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup carb countdown milk
1 cup mixed frozen berries

Cals: 505
Prot: 57
Carbs: 52
Fat: 6.5

You can’t beat a breakfast like this!

my current heigth is 6" foot. And i did weigh 210 pounds, i am down to 203 pounds.

And i agree with you guys, i need to nail a good solid diet. I am in the process of moving to another town so its kind of hard with money and all. But once i move, my roomate is going to start lifting with me, (which is my cousin) And so were only going to have healthy food in the apartment. I am looking forward to it. :slight_smile: But Why seperate Cardio and weight lifting? Thanks for the replies guys really appreciate it.
