Fat Burn Stack

Hello!

I?ve been on the Velocity Diet for one week now, it?s working better than the original FatFast diet for me.

I?m thinking of including some Fat Burn supplements. Since I live in Europe I can?t buy HOT-ROX (unfortunately). So I have some ideas about a Fat Burn Stack. I?ve planned to be on this for 6 weeks. (I?ve read all the articles on T2Pro, MD6 and HOT-ROX and this is what I?ve come up with, but I?m not 100% sure on combining the substances below, hence the question)

Please let me know if there are any substanses that SHOULD NOT be taken together.

Every day for 6 weeks:
-Guggulsterone
-Forskolin
-L-tyrosine
-7-keto DHEA

5 days on, 2 days of, for 6 weeks:
-Ephedrine
-Yohimbine
-Caffeine

Looks ok, but one thing is the components, what about dosages??

-Guggulsterone 3 x 20 mg / day
-Forskolin 3 x 20 mg / day
-L-tyrosine 3 x 200 mg / day
-7-keto DHEA 2 x 100 mg / day

5 days on, 2 days of, for 6 weeks:
-Ephedrine 3 x 25 mg / day
-Yohimbine 3 x 5 mg / day
-Caffeine 3 x 200 mg / day

Looks good, but add green tea extract, sclarea and fish oil.

I’m on the Velocity Diet so I already take fish oil.

Well, first, it defeats the purpose of using HOT-ROX, since one of the main reasons why the Sclaremax is included is to directly activate adenylate cyclase and bypass the beta 2-adrenergic receptor, thus avoiding down-regulation. So you have done your reading, ah? Your stack is fine…actually quite good. You are right about sclarea. But dont worry about it…all those new fat burners and compounds wont match ephedra, she is the queen no doubt about it, and you have her. My one advice is to split her in maybe 4-5 doses. When I use her I would only take 25mg before WO, so I get the little rush since Im running on both low carbs and cals. I then take only 10-15mg some 3-4 more time daily, for a total of 60-75mg of ephedra. Same for the caffeine that has to go w/her. I have tried before and after meals, I tell, I sweat like a pig when I take it some 15-30 mins after meals rather than before. Yohimbe I keep it as you plan 3xday at 5mg. And thats what I can share w/you about it, best luck.
