Hey guys. I just started my first ever cycle of 5/3/1. I'm very excited and am really enjoying the simple, progressive nature of the few sessions I've gone through so far.
What are your thoughts on using a Fat Bar (FatGripz) for the Press and the Bench in the program? Would training these main movements with FatGripz help improve these 2 big lifts? Or should this type of equipment be limited to assistance work?
