Fat Bar Holds, Grippers & Forearms

In an earlier post you said grip work can be done frequently. Would it be okay to do CC grippers and possibly fat bar holds 2-3 days per week and do typical forearm work, such as wrist curls, wrist roller, etc. on alternate days?

From what I have heard, the forearms are like calf muscles in that they can be directly worked on a frequent basis. Any truth to this? Thanks.

I don’t like forearm work. Grip strength, I feel, is best trained in blitz cycles… everyday fopr 3-4 weeks, then none at all for 2=4 weeks.
