search on this site for the author ‘nate miyaki’ or ‘john berardi’. They have written several articles on diet. I would read everything they have to say about dieting. From there, you can put together a solid diet plan.
Your body fat % doesn’t matter much, but my guess is 15-20%.
if you could take another photo where you hold a shoe up next to your face for comparison, it would be a lot easier for us to give you a reasonable estimate on BF%
