Fasting After a Cheat Day

Typically what I do after an especially ‘bad’ meal, or even a full day’s worth of ‘bad’.

Wish that was enough for me. I get fat pretty easily, so going low carb except for pre-workout and one carb-up day a week is necessary for not getting fat, and dropping overall calories above that necessary for losing fat.
