Fastest Strength Workout Using EMOM

I read your article on improving strength and size when strapped for time using EMOM and incorporating 3 exercises. I was wondering if there was a way to build a program using an upper-lower split 3x a week or even a push-pull-legs split 3x a week.

Push:
1st min front squat
2nd min bench press
3rd min overhead press

Pull:
1st min deadlift
2nd min barbell or seated cable row
3rd min high pull

Thoughts on this?

The concept is good. I’m not sure about pairing deads and high pulls since they use similar muscles and the compounded fatigue might lead to a bad performance

Would weighted pull ups work instead?
