Saw your bootcamp online and I am interested in doing it. I have a few questions.
I am in the beginning phase of your high performance fat loss program and really liking it but I am finding it difficult to get the fasted cardio in and trying to get to the gym for 2 a days. Also it is almost below freezing were I live almost everyday so walking and doing fasted cardio first thing in the am is not ideal for me. Does this bootcamp require am fasted cardio and two a days? Also can modifications be made if we can do olympic lifts? Thanks for your time.
