This article was written over 2 years ago. Does anyone still believe in doing HIIT fasted? Much of the information, much here on this forum, points to treating your peri-workout nutrition for HIIT the same(or similar) as your weight training...with the goal to minimize muscle loss. I've gotten lean doing fasted HIIT and cardio, but I'm also sure I lost muscle and strength in the process. Currently training for my first bodybuilding competition so just trying to gather as much info as possible.
It says nothing of muscle retention.
This is NOT a 20 minute session.
Just a different beast.
I prefer MAG-10 in my body.
