I was wondering if anyone knew the technique of the DB curl done extremely fast. I have heard about this method which is mostly used by athletes in explosive sports, well I myself am such an athlete. I am wondering if anyone can provide me with info such as Reps, Sets, speed, Idea, method, and at what phase of training it is used at (transition, hypertrophy, power, or maximal strength)? Any input will be much appreciated.
I won’t say it’s a waste of time, but olympic lifters are the fastest athletes from doing so many cleans & jerks and snatches. I say do more olympic lifts if you want to get faster.
