I was reading your 6 week to superhero article and I was fascinated by the soviet style complexes and your adaption for fat loss, sadly I can’t do that routine cause there is no way I can do the overload ones in my gym, so I was thinking about creating a routine myself with a focus on Hypertrophy gains and fat loss.
Could you give me an advice on it like
1- strength exercise/move for X reps
1 - Hypertrophy exercise/move for X reps
1 - explosive move/exercise for X reps
Would something like this be good for my goals or would I need more?
