Hello Christian. Do you have any experience with this exercise? Would it be good for calves size?

The thought of this hurts my knees and ankles.

Consider stair master without letting your heels touch, if you want to work your calves.

Totally in agreement.

A lot of great exercises get totally ruined by people (even otherwise good coaches) who try to “improve” on an exercise.

Excuse me, I didn’t mean “the toes”, my english is just not so good. I meant the front part of the foot, that part you’re standing on during calf raises.

That’s the toes, you were correct and it’s still a bad idea
