Farmer's Walk on Leg Day?

Hope your doing great Coach CT I am a Type 2B confident and wanted to know are Farmers walk good at the end of a leg workout since I feel hungover a bit from them when thrown in there drained a bit since the workout is

Leg curl Machine 3x8
Rear foot elevated split squat 3x8
Landmine Squat 3x6-8
Back extensions 3x10
Farmers walk with DBs 3x30 Sec

That is it and if I am under a bit of stress lately and my split is Push/Pull/Legs/Arms should I change it to more of an upper/Lower or a Full body would be better for the time being
