Falling Asleep?

Hello everyone,

I have the following problem. My MA classes are quite late in the day - from 9 p.m to 11 p.m. Because the classes are quite intense, I often have problems falling asleep before 1 or even 2 a.m. Since I have to be get up for work next day at 7 a.m. this is quite an issue.

It can be very frustrating feeling tired and not being to fall asleep immediately.

Are there any supplements that could help me with this?

I have the same problem. I don’t get to the gym until about 9 so I’m pretty wired when I get home, and I too wake up at 6:45 the next morning. ZMA, melitonin, and this tea with a root extract(forgot what it’s called but I’ve seen it mentioned around here before) are pretty good at knocking my ass out. Give that a try, if it doesn’t work you might want to see a doc and maybe get something to help. I’m not sure if sleeping pills are all that great for you, but not getting sleep is not good either.
