Fake Workout?

Guy online(from another one of my forums) claims that this is his workout:

Does this sound impossible?

“Sounds” fake. Anything is possible if he has worked for it. You never know, he could have been working towards that his entire life.

But the exact number “1000” seems sketchy.

Don’t be so pessimistic. Its completely possible.

Ever heard of sissy pushups and quarter situps?

I don’t know about push-ups but Sit-ups are totally doable. I once did 500 reps. You just have to get past muscular failure.

Maybe Bruce Lee could do that kind of workout. It looks like it requires a very specific kind of build and strength, and isn’t something just anyone could do, no matter how much they tried.

The guy is a bouncer and juices. He doesn’t bench, squat, or deadlift but estimates he can bench 350, squat 700, and dead 400 lol. He says hes 6’3, 245.

Hershel Walker claimed never to have lifted a weight in his life. Said he did pushups, situps and incline sprints.

Done as follows. Megaset will be referred to as MS, small set as SS.

SS

1 minute Break

If SS = 25 reps and MS = 100 reps, The above only acounts for 400 reps.

I didn’t mean impossible sketchy, I meant why not 950, or 1200, or 790?
