Faigin Carb Cycling and Workouts


Does anyone know what what Rob Faigin recommends regarding carb cycling and workouts? Following Natural Hormone Enhancement, you carb up twice a week. I had thought that I should carb up after workouts - but I just read that (according to Faigin), carbs post workouts should be avoided.

So, according to Faigin, should you carb up on non-workout days? That seems counter-intuitive somehow, but maybe that's what he recommends...
