Face Pulls for Traps/Rear Delts

I’m wanting to add face pulls to my program and I have come across two different descriptions of the exercise, one shows the elbows being a little above the wrists through out and the other being with the elbows well below the wrists so which would be better for both trap and rear delt development ?

Try them both and see which one works well for you. You could even alternate styles each set.
