Face Pulls and Others Daily

Hi Jim,

I read a while ago that you said it’s a good idea to do 100(daily) face pulls. I was wondering if I could do band pull parts and tri pushdowns with purple-blue-red-iron woody bands in addition to the facepulls, for the pumped feel. I’ve been told doing more than one will hinder my results greatly.

I’ve been to was also curious as to how long I should do these for -4 weeks, 4 months etc before switching or taking a break . Thanks!

face pulls OR band pull aparts are fine. Not a huge fan of the tri pushdowns done daily - a number of us tried this and had shitty elbows (enough so we all had to take a few weeks off putting a barbell in our hands). Whether or not this was all due to the tri pushdowns - I don’t know.

I do know that if you are training hard enough on your training days, most of this stuff is pointless. You are better off looking at completing a well-balanced program than adding in shit you are already doing.
