Check this vid out…it’s extremely interesting and has much scientific backing. I can see this totally changing how people approach building muscle mass…

The problem with a protocol like that (or any other for that matter) is that though it may bring on quick gains, it’s by no means a silver bullet for sustained progress over the long haul. Judging by the rep speed and general looseness of form, it’s most likely dangerous taken beyond 6 weeks.
