Looking for opinions/advises/experiances to my new diet or similar ones. Im 25% bf, 1.8m, 188lbs.
1 diet cycle is 4 days of fasting, followed by 1 day of 4000cals intake.
Ive ran 1 cycle of this so far. Dropped 8lbs, waist from 37inc to 34inc and visable improvements in the mirror.
Sleep is poor (6/7 hours night, but interrupted), feel slugish during the day, anger/temperment is hgih. But nothing serious.
Im currently on day 6 (so 1st fasting day of the 2nd cycle).
Is this healthy?
The fat loss is incredible. I honestly think if i maintained this method i could be at 10& bf in 28 days ( so 6 cycles approx).
If i can elaborate in anyway please ask.
