Here’s the question… I looked at the calendar, and I’m going to have two weeks in between the end of Week 4 of Beyond 1.4 and an upcoming meet.
What would you recommend that I do with the extra week? Do Week 5 twice? Or repeat some of the Week 4 workouts?
