Does anyone know the macro-nutrient ratio of extra lean hamburger per ounce?
It is going to depend on how extra lean it is. Sometimes I get 4% fat beef with 145 cals 4.5gF/0gC/25gP, 7% with 180 9/0/23, etc.
If it’s broiled well done, its about 54% fat and 46% protein. Roughly 5 grams of fat and 9 grams of protein per ounce. If its baked i’ts different.
It depends on how lean as it varies but the leanest “extra lean” I’ve seen is a raw 4 0z serving providing 130 calories 24 grams of protein and 3-4 grams of fat.
