I’ve accidently taken 1 cap in morning and 2 caps at night for 2 days extra on the off cycle days what should I do?
Shall I contiune taken them Monday and have the 2 days of next week end or take Mon and Tues, off? it’s been 10 days since started.
I took 2 a day starting on thursday 28-04-05 too weekend off then on from there.

It’s really not a huge problem. Just continue on as if you were off on those days or if you like, substitute two days out.
