I have a meet on 4/8, I am currently on my by 3 week, next week is by 5, then 531 and a deload. But then there is a week before the meet…should I do another light/deload week?
3x3 week (cut back a bit if you need to on volume; never miss reps, speed!)
3x5 week (week of the meet; similar to the deload for the Beyond program on T-Nation)
