Would it be ok to do an extra Delt work on the upper body days. I thought to go with the loading paramteters of the extra arm work.
10x3 Bench Press
10x3 BB Rows
and after the superset a 5x3 Delt Exercise ( probably some Side Delt Raises or Upright Rows)
5x10 Chin ups
and after the superset a 2-3x10 Delt Exercise( something for the Rear Delts like Rear Lateral Raises)
What do you guys think ?
