in the attatched image, the place where i hurt is labelled as external and internal obliques but also slightly under it as well on the top part of those weird groovings. it happens when i lean back, or lean back to the sides. it is a sharp pain and it is very uncomfortable.
can anyone help me rehab myself? suggest the kind of stretches i should be doing, yoga techniques that will help, massages that may relieve the cause of the problem instead of just relieving the pain?
