I cut my extensor tendon over the mp joint of my ring finger in half and 70% cut of the middle finger tendon. I was in surgery and had them repaired within 6 hours. I was wondering anyone has had any experience with this type of injury. I cant find anyone who trains that has had any experience with this only people who do not DL and do not care about grip strength. I have been training for a raw meet dont plan on breaking records but training is a huge part of my life and the thought that grip will be fucked really bothers me. Also curious about healing time pretty much anything would be helpful.
Im thinking hill sprint and low bar squat thumbless grip but thats about it.
