Exploding on the GHR

non sexual…I don’t do GHR with strict slow movements…it feels more natural to me to do it in a quick explosive movement with weight plates in my hands. DO you guys do both strict and explosive, just strict, just explosive…??? and why.

GHR, I think should always be explosive and strict. You don’t want to throw any back in there, just ass, hams and calves. I like to do them with weight against the chest, behind the head, with bands around my neck and/or with the back elevated.
