Experimental Protein Pancake

I’m about to try protein pancakes with pumpkin, I’ll let you guys know how it tastes. It could be good, or it could be vile. But it’s a perfect low carb, high protein/fat meal. Plus the added pumpkin ads a shitload of vitamin a.

2 whole eggs
1/4 cup almond meal
1 scoop vanilla met. drive
2 table spoons flaxseed
60 grams of pumpkin

480 calories, 42 protein, 29 fat, 8.5 fiber, 5 carbs (just from the almonds and pumpkin, extremely low glycemic load)

Sounds good actually… almond meal… interesting…
