i lift early in the morning, and i started take 2 scoops of noexplode before hand. I love the pump during the lift but it leaves me feeling kinda out of it the rest of the day. Does anybody have suggestions or experiences with this stuff

Bottom line: Don’t use NO products.
I agree with Nate Dogg. Don’t waste your money on NO products. That’s my only suggestion on that stuff.
