my brother has had issues with compression in his spine. he is looking into buying either a rack or boots to allow inversion to create length in his back musclature and spinal column. does anyone have any input as to experience with these devices? thanks in advance
He will need someone to show him how to use it, but a yoga inversion sling also works and is fairly easy to get the hang of:
We have an inversion thing. It’s ok, but the blood rushes to my head too quickly to stay on it for an extended period of time. In my experience, hanging from a chinup bar is just as effective. Decline benches/situp boards are pretty good too.
