Exile Swede-Post Here!

Exile Swede
Nicely done. I am sure others are interested in what you did besides the hard work to achieve your goals.

Workout, diet, and general tips would be great!

Thanks

He pretty much covers his training and other aspects in his original thread.

There’s actually quite a bit of training info if you sift through it.

Not to break balls here, but I’m gonna guess that he trained really hard and ate good food.

Basically he uses a split routine. His diet is the carb cycle diet and I forget who did that I think CT made it.

Found his workout plan here it is:
Mondays: Quads & shoulders

Tuesdays: Rest (sometimes 1 hour swimming)

Wednesdays: Calves, chest & back (always supersetting chest and back exercises)

Thursdays: Usually resting, but sometimes shoulders and quads (focus on VM)

Fridays: Hamstrings, biceps & triceps (supersetting bi and tri)

Saturdays: Rest

Sundays: Calves, forearms & abs

His supersetting his chest and back is inspired by Arnie.

Let’s don’t be silly. One thing’s for sure though. Whoever trains just like he did will look just like he does.

D0oD, dont you and trib understand that the guy obviously has some secret herb and super secret romanian training split he follows. What, did you two jerkos think it was all about hard work? Jerkasses.

I posted his workout regime check it out. He just uses a split but he does antagonistic sets like Arnie did. Reason why he has a huge back and chest. Here’s the article he followed:

I’m afraid not. There is a rumor he has been obtaining creatine on the black market and taking large oral quantities of polypeptides.
