Exercising When Sore?

is it ok to exercise when having sore muscles?
i did squats 3 days ago and am still super sore, but today would be my next push day and i would have to do squats again.

This is usually one of those things that only you can determine. No one knows your body better than yourself.

Yeah you have to see for yourself, try it out and see if you keep progressing.
If you do then keep doing it.
But if you don’t then you know to take more rest next time.

If it HURTS dont go if its just pain GO and youll adapt in time


Ill also add hows the diet and rest?? They make a huge difference
