Does anyone know any excercises you can do while you ahve a hernia. Have not seen Dr. yet (maybe tomorrow) but i had one before and this one feels even worse. Did light biceps and felt OK, did heavy chest and felt like i did even more damage.
I don’t want to loose straignth or gain weight if I can at all avoid it.
Can I do light weights for high reps? Push only? Treadmill? Bike?
any informed info appreciated
