I have a left-sided pelvic tilt (ie. right side higher than left) and wondered what exercises I should do to correct it? It’s quite seriously affecting my abduction and hip rotation which is a problem because I do martial arts!

It could be your erector spinae muscles or even misaligned vertebrae.
It could be an adhesive gluteus medius on the right side and a weak one on the left (which COULD be caused by similarly adhesive and weak QL’s on the right and left respectively)
